The Dodge League sets teams of five against each other over a five-week comp with $500 prize money going to the winning team. SkyFit puts some pizzazz into your workout. Change things up with the heart pumping cardio class, burn those buns with Tightbum or try your strength with X-Jump – a cross training workout that’ll push you to your limits. Just know that your legs will burn the next day – there’s nothing fickle about this workout. Parents who aren’t keen on getting involved can sit back and relax with a fine view of the fun in a coffee shop that offers a wide selection of healthy sandwiches, yoghurts and some great coffee brews.
